SPECIAL PASSPORT AMERICA SUMMER RATES (Apr.-Oct.)

SPECIAL “GAS-SAVER” SUMMER RATE (Apr.-Oct.)

• Stay set up for a full month on site with a 15-day right of occupancy (time divided per customer preference).
• Deposit of $100 due at reservation--Refunded (less electricity charges) at check-out.
• Cancellations:  $5 fee applies. Deposit refunded with 30 days’ notice only.
• Full month’s rent of $249 due at check-in.

SPECIAL RALLY GROUP RATE (May-Nov.)

• Rate is for groups of 10+ rigs on a 2-night minimum basis.
• Special rate won’t apply if attendance falls below 10 rigs.
• Holiday Weekend Rallies pay Holiday Weekend rate in effect less 10% Discount.
• 1 Night as Deposit required at reservation.
• Cancellations: $5 fee applies. Deposit refunded with 48 hrs. notice only.
• Balance of stay charged to members’ cards the day before Rally.
• Free use of Recreation Hall facilities with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and picnic & fire pit/grill area.

• Rates are for 1-month minimum stay.
• Proof of employment at Power Plant required
• Provision of credit card number for security required.
• 1 Free Storage Site per customer for length of stay
• $50 Refer-a-Friend Credit: Get $50 off one month's rent when you refer a coworker who stays for at least a month.
• Cancellations: $5 fee applies. Deposit refundable with 7 days’ notice only
• Full first month’s rent due at check-in; rent due on 1^st of each month thereafter.

• Deposit of $100 due at reservation—Refunded (less electricity charges) at check-out.
• After first month, stays of less than a month can be prorated at $11.97/night.

• Deposit of $250 due at reservation—Refunded (less electricity charges) following cleaning inspection after check-out.
• After first month, stays of less than a month can be prorated at $19.97/night.

• All Rents are tax-exempt and are for up to 6 persons.  Extra Person Fee of $3/person/day applies for each extra person over age 4.
• Late Fees (Monthly Rents): $10 after 5^th of the month or $25 after 10^th of the month.
• Utilities—Full Hookup Sites: Nightly & Weekly Rates include water, sewer, cable, electricity, & trash utilities. Monthly Rates include water, sewer, cable, and trash utilities; electricity is metered as a separate charge.  Wi-Fi Internet is available through TengoInternet for $4.99/night, $14.99/week, or $29.99/month (subject to change). 
• Pets must be leashed, not tied up outside, and picked up after. RV & Tent Sites:  Maximum 2 dogs per Site at no additional cost; no aggressive breeds.  Rental Units:  Maximum 2 small animals (no aggressive breeds) per Unit with payment of additional Pet Rent—Nightly: $10/pet; Weekly:  $25/pet; or Monthly: $50/pet.
• Check-In / Check Out.  RV Sites—Check-In: 12 p.m. Check-out 12 p.m. Mon.-Sat.; 2 p.m. Sun Rental Units—Check-In: 2 p.m. / Check-Out: 10 a.m.  Late Check-Out Fee—RV Sites:  $15 up to 5 p.m. Rental Units:  $15 up to 2 p.m. (Subject to availability.)
• Quiet Hours in effect 10:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
• No Refunds for unused portions of stays in event of early check-out for any reason, except as otherwise provided herein.
• Special Rates cannot be combined with Good Sam or any other discount memberships.
