electricity, & trash utilities. Monthly, 6+6, & Annual Rates
include water, sewer, cable, and trash utilities; electricity is
metered as a separate charge.
Wi-Fi Internet
is available through TengoInternet for
$4.99/night, $14.99/week,
or $29.99/month
(subject to change).

Pets
must be leashed, not tied up outside, and picked up
after. RV, Tent, & Park
Model Sites:
Maximum 2 dogs per Site at no additional cost; no aggressive breeds.
Rental Units:
Maximum 2 small animals (no aggressive breeds) per Unit with payment

per pet as noted
